Meet Speaker Hall

Representative Hall has represented House District 87 in the North Carolina House of Representatives since 2017. Rep. Hall was born and raised in Caldwell County and is proud to call it home to this day.

In 2020, Representative Hall was appointed Chairman of the House Committee on Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House by former House Speaker Tim Moore, distinguishing himself as the youngest member to ever ascend to that position.

In January 2025 his peers unanimously elected him as the 121st Speaker of the House.
